Here is your opportunity to pre-order beautiful, large quantity native plant packages at wholesale prices while supplies last! The plants were carefully chosen for their attractiveness, wildlife benefit, and their proven ability to thrive on Kiawah, Seabrook, and Johns Islands. Although almost no plant species are completely deer resistant, the plants were selected due to their low susceptibility to deer disturbance. The striking design templates (shown below), which were created by the Kiawah Conservancy staff, serve as easy-to-follow planting guides.
Purchased plant packages must be picked up on May 18 from 12-3 pm at Night Heron Park, Kiawah Island. Each plant will come in a small 5.5" or 4" pot. One package will fit into most sedans and SUVs. Two packages can fit into a large SUV with the seats down.
Since the packages are pre-purchased, no refunds can be given. In the event of limited availability of a certain plant, a similar one will be substituted and the quantity of plants in the package will not change.
The sale is being sponsored by the Kiawah Conservancy and the Seabrook Island Green Space Conservancy. These packages are offered at cost directly from the nursery; the conservancies do not benefit financially.
